La gestione degli ingressi con Gymmy è totalmente automatizzata e collegata agli abbonamenti. Non serve installare tornelli fisici: l’iscritto può registrare il proprio ingresso semplicemente scansionando un QR code con l'app Gymmy.
Quando un iscritto si abbona, il sistema tiene traccia degli ingressi consentiti. Se l’abbonamento prevede un certo numero di ingressi, questi vengono automaticamente scalati ogni volta che l’iscritto entra.
Gli iscritti inquadrano il QR code all’ingresso della palestra, e il sistema registra automaticamente l’ingresso, scalando il numero disponibile dall’abbonamento.
Se un iscritto dimentica di scansionare il QR code, l'istruttore può segnare la sua presenza tramite l’app o il pannello, assicurando che l’ingresso venga comunque registrato.
Anche le prenotazioni ai corsi futuri vengono tenute in conto, e saranno scalate solo se l’iscritto parteciperà effettivamente alla lezione.
Nessun bisogno di tornelli fisici o complicate soluzioni hardware. Tutto è gestito tramite l’app.
Se l’iscritto dimentica di registrare l’ingresso, l’istruttore può farlo facilmente, evitando che vengano persi ingressi.
Il sistema tiene traccia sia degli ingressi passati che delle prenotazioni future, garantendo sempre una gestione accurata.
